KEY HOLDING & ALARM RESPONSE
SOS PROTECTION AND SURVEILLANCE provides Key Holding and Alarm Response for premises throughout the UK. We provide a service 365 days a year to access and secure your premises.
We undertake to be registered by the alarm company as the key holder to the clients premises and respond to activators should it be a false alarm or attend at the customer’s request.
On response at your premises the security officer will assess the situation and take the necessary action, liaise with the police, ambulance or fire brigade, securing the premises and staying in attendance until they are stood down by you the client.
You or a member of your staff may be the key holder & alarm response to your premises but what happens if either of you can’t make it for a number of different reasons e.g. you have been drinking that night and would be over the limit to drive or you was away visiting friends, and how would you deal with the situation if you did turn up and found an intruder on your premises???
All our officers are fully trained in dealing with such situation.
