Modular Training in basic Escort techniques

The role of the Personal Escort Operative is a very demanding one. This course has been designed for those wishing to gain the core knowledge necessary for starting a career in Close Protection.

Teamwork and methodical planning are the foundation of all Close Protection operations. This series of courses develop these concepts and apply them to the current situation within the UK.

You may be asking yourself, why do I need to attend this particular course?  Why is it different to others on the market? What do I gain from this particular course?

To those of you who are new to the Industry it might seem that there is a vast amount of information to take in during a short time. To those of you already involved in the industry and have left full time education some time ago, this style of tuition will enhance your skills without the stress and intensity of a longer course. By attending a modular course you can progress at your own speed, develop the skills you need at a pace, which you can control. We recommend at least a month between each module. This permits you to assimilate the information you obtain during the two days of tuition and to complete a number of projects in preparation for the next step. Evaluation is achieved through continuous assessment, written and or verbal tests together with practical exercises. You control your progress.

QUALIFICATION

The International Professional Security Association (IPSA) accredits this course.
On successful completion of each module of the course an attendance certificate will be issued. On successful completion of the complete course an IPSA Certificate will be presented to you.
On completion of the course you would be suitably qualified to undertake employment in the role of Personal Escort, Witness Protection or VIP Protection.
Attaining this qualification would qualify the candidate to attend our Advanced Close Protection Course.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Students must be over 21 years of age, there is no upper age limit but students must be physically fit. No previous experience is required.
